We are grateful to the Florida Bar YLD for the opportunity to film their Injunction Training Video earlier this morning. The video should be posted on their website within the next few weeks. This video provides specific instructions on drafting a Petition for Injunction on the basis of Domestic Violence, Repeat Violence, Sexual Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking.

Please feel free to share this information regarding the SART training on September 30, 2016. The training will consist of the most current local protocols and national best practices regarding sexual battery response.

South Florida LINK Coalition is a new organization providing services for domestic violence victims and their pets. This organization addresses the intersection between family violence, child abuse, sexual abuse and other criminal activity which can include animal cruelty.
