We are grateful to the Florida Bar YLD for the opportunity to film their Injunction Training Video earlier this morning. The video should be posted on their website within the next few weeks. This video provides specific instructions on drafting a Petition for Injunction on the basis of Domestic Violence, Repeat Violence, Sexual Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking.
This video also provides detailed information on what is required to adequately prepare for the injunction hearing and conduct the injunction hearing. An injunction is also commonly known as a “No Contact Order,” or a “Restraining Order.” Hopefully this video will help provide competent legal assistance to victims throughout Florida!
