Meet Stephanie Cagnet Myron

Stephanie is a premiere victim’s rights attorney with experience fighting for the justice that stalking and sexual assault victims deserve. The Cagnet Myron Firm has a solid foundation based upon active involvement with the Florida Bar and the local community in Palm Beach County.

Attorney Stephanie Cagnet Myron is the Director of the Palm Beach County Anti-Stalking Collaborative, where she leads a team of police officers, investigators, therapists, victim advocates, attorneys and members of the general public. As Director, she creates and conducts trainings on the issues of Stalking, Cyberstalking, Cyberbullying, and Sexual Cyberharassment (Revenge Porn). She is also a member of the Domestic Violence Council of Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach County Sexual Assault Response Team (SART). These efforts help create a system for providing a coordinated comprehensive approach to vicitms of Stalking, Domestic Violence, and Sexual Assault.

Stephanie was elected to the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors, Seat 3, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, where she serves as co-chair of the Pro Bono Committee, and is a member of the Women’s Committee. She was also elected to the executive board for the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL), where she has been selected as the representative for young female lawyers.

Stephanie¬†is an active member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Chapter of FAWL. She was the lobbyist for the Palm Beach Chapter of FAWL during the 2014 legislative session, where she met with representatives in Tallahassee, Florida to promote legislation benefiting women throughout Florida. She is also Chair of FAWL’s Judicial Reception Committee, where she organizes an annual event which honors members of the Judiciary throughout Palm Beach County. She also volunteers with local service organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, PACE, and AVDA.
