Cyberbullying has become a new issue for concern in the area of cyberstalking. Cyberbullying is having a significant impact on students, parents, and even the general public. These concerns may be addressed through the current stalking and cyberstalking laws. We assist our clients with filing injunctions, documenting and reporting incidents of cyberbullying, and gather evidence to help build a criminal stalking case. We represent victims throughout the criminal process and file any related civil issues as well.

We work with our clients to make sure they are fully informed on the laws that may be used to protect them from cyberbullying, and attempt to find creative ways to resolve any ongoing cyberbullying.

Attorney Stephanie Cagnet Myron was the Director of the Palm Beach County Anti-Stalking Collaborative. Through the Collaborative, she developed specific training programs designed for middle school and high school students to address issues of cyberstalking and cyberbullying. There are also separate trainings designed for teachers, parents, and guardians. Cyberbullying is not just limited to students.
